    • Processing of missing parts / damage / acceptance refusal / collections
    • Telephone and e-mail contact with customers and drivers
    • Research and develop solutions
    • Inventory
    • Transferring and documenting figures, data and facts

    • Experience in the haulage industry desirable
    • Written and spoken German
