International Recruiting

REBER is pleased about trainee from Morocco

For about three years, Head of Human Resources Isabelle Kauffeldt has been recruiting internationally and is pleased about many new applications since then. This is how Abdennabi Mawak from Morocco and Reber Logistik came together.

In order to achieve his goal - to start an apprenticeship in Germany - Abdennabi Mawak learned German for eight months and successfully passed his B2 certificate at the end. This is especially important at vocational school, because teachers don't make any distinctions in exams there. In May 2021, the job interview with REBER took place and on August 1, 2022, the first day of his training as a warehouse specialist started. In the run-up, Mr. Mawak was supported by Isabelle Kauffeldt and the entire HR team when applying for various papers and the visa.

Looking for skilled workers abroad is not yet widespread in medium-sized companies. The application process is more protracted, the recruitment more complex. But for REBER this is no obstacle. As a "Top Job" employer, daily further development is at the top of the agenda. Isabelle Kauffeldt is convinced that applicants from abroad are particularly motivated, therefore she looks optimistically into the future and wants to continue to counter the shortage of skilled workers actively.

Every employee should be shown the appreciation they deserve. REBER is therefore particularly pleased about the recruitment and support of Abdennabi Mawak, who has now found his home in logistics.
