"Top Training Company" seal 2023

Since February 2023, REBER Logistik is officially one of the most attractive employers of German medium-sized companies. This success was rounded off with the ceremonial awarding of the "Top Job" seal in Berlin. Only 3 months later, the logistics group could celebrate another success: The additional award of the "Top Job training company" seal.

This special award is presented annually by the University of St. Gallen and the Center for Employer Attractiveness (zeag GmbH). It is based on strict criteria and an extensive employee and management survey. 

The problem of a shortage of skilled workers has been a topical issue in logistics for several years. Human Resources Manager Isabelle Kauffeldt and all trainers of REBER want to offer young people a particularly good perspective for their future and show the variety of logistics. REBER is committed to this in many ways. For example, the company regularly takes part in trainee speed dates of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Osnabrück, visits job fairs and offers different internal media and measures, such as a trainee excursion, support in the preparation for exams or an own folder with the most important company information. In general, REBER attaches great importance to the fact that the trainees are actively involved in the daily work from the very beginning and are quickly allowed to take on responsibility.

REBER is proud of the award of the training seal and is currently pleased about 20 trainees who have found their professional home not only in logistics but especially at REBER.
