Overview of our services
Unpacking and repacking
Have your goods just arrived from abroad in a container? REBER can take on the task of unpacking and repacking them so that they are all ready for the next stage of transport.
When it comes to the international transport of goods, this is a mandatory requirement and one that can tie up a lot of resources. REBER can take on the task of ordering export accompanying documents for goods being shipped abroad and can coordinate customs clearance when they reach the border.
Packaging for export consignments
From a small individual part to a complete workpiece. Special packaging, fibre board packaging or certified air freight packaging. In accordance with your requirements and always with the option of REBER dealing with customs clearance on your behalf.
Whether your goods have been sent via international or national goods transport, you can always keep a close eye on their progress. REBER provides full transparency with end-to-end consignment tracking. Using constantly updated real time data, a scan from the point of delivery, paperless delivery and trackable management of missing parts.
We ensure transparency – not only for the sender but also for their customer. That's why REBER notifies recipients of the delivery date/time in good time, regardless of whether they are a trade customer or the end customer.
Set-up and assembly
From a simple cupboard or a bed through to a complete kitchen area or items of office furniture. Our REBER fitters will fit the individual components together to create your desired living or working environment.
Connecting up appliances and ensuring that they work
Whether the goods in question are kitchen units, white goods or electrical appliances, the end customer is always happy once their item is actually working. Our experienced REBER employees take care of this and ensure that items are connected up and working. They also carry out functionality tests on the delivered parts or devices.
From the inspection of goods for delivery through to the processing of complaints. And to reduce the likelihood of damage occurring in the first place, REBER carry out their own audits – tailored to the customer in question – to guarantee high standards for loading and unloading procedures.
Debt collection and invoicing
You can also entrust the commercial aspects of your logistics processes to REBER's reliable team. We can take care of both invoicing and the recovery of debts. If required this can also be dealt with as a separate settlement with the client.
Trade fair/exhibition set-up and deliveries of contract furniture
REBER can provide assembly teams to set up stands at trade fairs and exhibitions, can fit out your showroom with furniture or store entire settings for you. And when you are fitting out properties, such as student halls of residence or petrol stations, we would be happy to provide our carriers who use the ‘just-in-sequence’ method.
Management of returns and
From packaging that needs to be returned, through to the disposal of old items of equipment or furniture. REBER can take care of these issues on your behalf, thereby also protecting the environment.
