    YOUR TASKS

    • Supporting employees in personnel-related issues
    • Maintenance and processing of time recording
    • Maintaining and managing personnel master data as well as vacation and sick leave data
    • Preparation of contract documents, warnings and certificates
    • Preparation, checking and post-processing of payroll accounting
    • Correspondence with authorities
    • Implementation of projects in the HR area

     

    YOUR COMPETENCE

    • Completed vocational training in business administration, possibly with an additional qualification in HR management or a degree with a focus on HR
    • Experience in HR
    • Communication and teamwork skills
    • Reliability and high sense of responsibility
    • Independent and systematic way of working
    • Confident use of MS Office
