- Supporting employees in personnel-related issues
- Maintenance and processing of time recording
- Maintaining and managing personnel master data as well as vacation and sick leave data
- Preparation of contract documents, warnings and certificates
- Preparation, checking and post-processing of payroll accounting
- Correspondence with authorities
- Implementation of projects in the HR area
YOUR COMPETENCE
- Completed vocational training in business administration, possibly with an additional qualification in HR management or a degree with a focus on HR
- Experience in HR
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and high sense of responsibility
- Independent and systematic way of working
- Confident use of MS Office
