Partners who support us with expertise and know-how, both in terms of content and location. We are therefore delighted that we can redefine the topic of locations with our new partner - beyond national borders.

This June, we at REBER took a significant step in our international expansion and acquired a stake in Cerberus Services & Logistics GmbH, based in Hörsching near Linz. This step gives us direct access to a nationwide network for furniture logistics in Austria for the first time - for both B2B and B2C customers.

Cerberus, a company that combines long-standing logistics partnerships and specializes in two-man handling and heavy goods services, expands our expertise not only in terms of location, but also in terms of our service portfolio. With six strategic depots in Austria - in Enzersdorf an der Fischa, Hörsching, Salzburg, Innsbruck, Karlsdorf near Graz and Klagenfurt - we are now also offering end customer deliveries and assembly services in Austria. Cerberus also has around 4,000 square meters of flexibly expandable cross-docking space and its own academy in Hörsching for training assembly teams. For us, this is a decisive step towards a full-service offering in our neighboring country.

Josef Dib, founder of Cerberus, will remain with the company as Managing Director and shareholder. A new addition is IE Logistic from Innsbruck, which specializes in furniture logistics and will work with us in future as a co-partner and operator of the locations.

This step is another important milestone for us on the way to further realizing our vision for REBER and making an even stronger mark on the European market.
