Logistics Day

15 April is ‘Logistics Day’, an initiative by the BVL (German Federal Logistics Association) that has been run since 2008. This year, a number of companies are once again invited to participate and give interested audiences a look behind the scenes under the motto ‘Logistics makes it possible’. By hosting this promotional day, BVL, along with the participating companies, seeks to help highlight the importance of logistics as a business sector, and inspire young people to embark on a career in this exciting field. REBER will also be attending and presenting the unique challenges of furniture logistics. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, guests are unfortunately not permitted at the Germersheim, Leipzig, Melle or Ohlweiler facilities. But to ensure that ‘visitors’ are still able to gain insights into ‘our home’, the team led by HR manager Isabelle Kauffeldt has digital alternatives covered. So for anyone interested: save the date.
