Diversity makes you strong.

Our foundation for the future.

Diversity is not just a buzzword at REBER, it is part of everyday life. We are convinced that different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds make us stronger - as an employer, as a partner and as part of society. That is why we rely on a corporate culture that promotes diversity, lives inclusion and creates opportunities for everyone.

For us, diversity means more than just origin. It includes gender distribution, age structure, equal opportunities, inclusion and working across generations.

What does that mean in concrete terms? Logistics is international - and we are proud to unite so many cultures and nationalities at our locations and in our workforce. We currently employ people from over 45 nations. The average age is 43, which ensures a healthy mix of experience and new perspectives. We also actively integrate people with disabilities.

If you look at the logistics industry, you quickly realize that it is still predominantly male-dominated. We are therefore all the more pleased that we have strong women in the team in many areas at REBER. At the first management level, we achieve a female quota of 30%. Overall, the proportion of female employees is 12.4 %, in the commercial area even 50 % and among our trainees 16.66 %. A start and definitely room for improvement. And that is exactly what we are working on with targeted programs. But diversity is not just about culture or gender; mixed-age teams are also part of our approach. At REBER, we promote the exchange between young and old, secure knowledge, strengthen team cohesion and promote the performance of our workforce until retirement. At the same time, we support further training and health programs for our employees to keep them professionally and physically fit.

At REBER, we pursue the goal of creating a working environment in which all employees feel welcome and valued with our four values - will, curiosity, responsibility and community. Particularly with regard to the value of community, diversity is not just a buzzword, but a standard that we consciously set ourselves - day after day. For respectful, fair cooperation as the basis for achieving great things together - regardless of origin, gender, age, religion, limitations or sexual orientation. We work towards this - with clear standards, a conscious attitude and, of course, a constant focus on further development.
