Premiere at transport logistic - and a place on the DVV Media Group's red sofa: For REBER Logistik, the trade fair appearance in Munich was more than just an industry meeting. It was an opportunity to present itself as a medium-sized logistics company with attitude, vision and a clear focus.

In an interview with DVZ on the famous red sofa, our Managing Director Mirko Kauffeldt talked about much more than figures and processes. The focus was on questions that are currently affecting SMEs: How can growth be achieved under difficult market conditions? What role do values and corporate culture play? And how do you remain attractive as an employer - even in challenging times?

As a company that has evolved from a furniture specialist into a versatile logistics partner, REBER pursues a clear strategy: acting as equals with customers and employees, growing in niche sectors with special requirements and focusing on long-term, stable development.

Our first trade fair appearance was an important milestone for us. What began as a curious change of perspective - from visitor to exhibitor - quickly became a valuable experience with many high-quality discussions, new contacts and a consistently positive atmosphere.

One thing is clear: despite all the challenges, SMEs are not on the sidelines, but right in the middle of the movement. And we at REBER are ready to play an active role in shaping this path.
