Growth and digitalization through VEDA

At REBER, internal projects are implemented with the same precision and passion as our work for customers. In order to constantly develop ourselves further and offer our customers even more efficient services, we focus on continuous process improvements and invest in state-of-the-art technologies. The bar is therefore set very high for external service providers - a compliment to VEDA, who have been supporting our HR work with their software solutions since 1997.

VEDA handles the monthly payroll accounting for our more than 700 employees and provides comprehensive evaluations, which saves us a lot of time. Every year, the experts at VEDA prepare around 7,000 payroll reports for our 12 companies at nine locations.

An important new module for us as a logistics company is Learning & Development, which organizes training, instruction and certificates. VEDA Horizon Time & Security, which was introduced in 2018, enables our employees to log in and out at any time and from anywhere, down to the minute. This feature in particular is very popular, as overtime is now recorded accurately
