"Your logistics. Our home." or "Combining strengths and achieving great things together" are deeply anchored throughout the Group and are increasingly also being placed in an international context. Marco, a student, is still doing an internship at the Leipzig site until July 31. The special thing: He started his studies for logistics at ITS Las in Padova in Italy in 2021 and is doing his internship within the framework of the "Erasmus+" program. 

Erasmus+ is an EU-funded program that gives trainees and students the opportunity to take up internships in other countries. REBER attaches great importance to the training of young junior staff and did not hesitate for long to accommodate a first Erasmus student at the Leipzig site. In his time so far, Marco has already become a part of the group and feels "at home" with his internship. 

REBER is pleased to be able to support such an important international program and can imagine such cooperation at the other locations in the future.
