Trainee speed-dating

The Osnabrück Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) is organising a ‘speed-dating’ event on 24 March, bringing trainees and companies together. It’s the perfect place for young people wanting to find out about training content, career opportunities and the companies providing the traineeships. But it is also a great chance for companies to present themselves to their staff of the future and create a positive impression.

The whole thing will operate simply and safely, with potential trainees able to log into the IHK’s platform – for free, of course – and submit their preferred time for a virtual meeting with the selected company. This company will then make contact at the arranged time. A maximum of 15 minutes is set for each conversation.

Isabelle Kauffeldt, head of REBER’s Human Resources department, is looking forward to the event and the many conversations. The outcome of these, and whether Isabelle was able to find a few promising candidates for REBER or not, will be posted here afterwards.
